The PBS Radio Show The Peoples Pharmacy

On PBS there is a radio show that comes on here through WUSF the University of South Florida's radio station. One of three they have. I so much appreciate WUSF I am putting them in my life insurance policy.
I have always enjoyed PBS. Before the advent of cable the PBS stations were an alternative to the three commercial stations and a few independent stations. PBS filled the gaps with history, nature, cooking, hobbies, gardening, home repair, arts, music, sports, news and many other subjects.
My alarm is set to WUSF's news channel. On Saturdays the program is a little different. At seven o'clock The Peoples Pharmacy airs. It is hosted by Joe and Terry Graedon. They always have an interesting show talking about all things medical. With a lot of guests that have a lot of information. Sometimes they have a lot of info regarding natural, old home style, innovative and just about all else to ways you can make yourself feel better.
There are so many venues on WUSF. They have three radio stations with news, classical music and jazz. Informational programs. They have four television stations. All with interesting programing. As with all Public Broadcasting around the nation!
